Holland Park

Last month, a few of the Deloitte wives and I went to lunch at Churchill Arms. The Churchill (named in honour of Winston Churchill) is a pub with a Thai restaurant in the back. It is known not only for the great Thai food but also for the beautiful flowers and hanging baskets that make up the building's decor inside and out.

After lunch Kate and I walked through Holland Park. Holland Park is named after an English politician in the early 19th century, Henry Vassall-Fox the 3rd Baron Holland. Below is a statue of Lord Holland in the park.
Holland Park is known for its beautiful Japanese Gardens.
